Horwich Rox

Mayor of Westhoughton, Councillor Gillian Wroe writes ‘On Saturday 21st June, as Mayor of Westhoughton, I attended the ‘Horwich Rox’ music festival. 

It was a pleasure to support my fellow Mayors of Blackrod and Horwich in this new venture on Winter Hey Lane and local bars.

The event attracted crowds of people supporting the street stalls, local businesses and 45+ different music acts from 10.30am right up until late evening.’
