VIP Party Invite!

On Friday afternoon, after reading the stories to classes at The Gates Primary School, The Mayor of Westhoughton was invited to a special party:

‘I was delighted to be invited to the ‘Headteacher’s VIP Party’ which happens every Friday. Mr Doherty awards golden VIP tickets to the star pupils in each class that week. What a lovely way to reward the children for what they have achieved.

I enjoyed chatting to them and hearing about what they had been doing. Well done to all of you and keep up the good work.’
