Horwich Civic Service

Written by Mayor of Westhoughton, Cllr Gillian Wroe - ‘On Saturday 31st May, as Mayor of Westhoughton, I attended the Civic Service and Reception for Cllr Victoria Rigby, the Mayor of Horwich. It was held at Holy Trinity Church Horwich and Curley’s Dining Rooms.

It was wonderful to meet up with other Mayors and their consorts, who had come together to support Victoria at the start of her mayoral year. I wish Victoria all the best for the coming year.
