Senior Solutions Christmas Fair

The Mayor and Mayoress of Westhoughton, Cllrs Gillian Wroe and Deirdre McGeown were invited to Senior Solutions Christmas Fair. The Mayor writes:

‘The Mayoress and I were delighted to attend the Senior Solutions Christmas Fair this morning. There’s always a warm welcome and huge smiles from staff, volunteers and visitors and today was absolutely typical.

There were stalls, tombolas, a raffle, refreshments, cakes and lively entertainment from Tommy Govan (plus a dancer!).

We met Kath, a befriender, as well as Kath and John selling the raffle tickets.

Senior Solutions goes from strength to strength due to the hard work of all who contribute to it, providing care for our senior residents. Let’s hope that lots of money has been raised today.
