Councillor David Chadwick

It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of Councillor and Deputy Mayor of Bolton David Chadwick, who has passed away on the 16th September.

This is very sad news for everyone at Westhoughton Town Council and our thoughts are with his wife Valerie and family and friends at this difficult time.

 His passing will be felt deeply by Town Councillors, Council Officers and the whole community of Westhoughton.
