Oktoberfest in Blackrod!

It was lovely to support my fellow Mayor, Richard Harrison - Mayor of Blackrod, at a fantastic evening of Oktoberfest celebrations!

A huge well done to Mayoress Sarah and young Mayor in the making, Rueben, who helped organise such an enjoyable evening, bringing the community together while raising money for two very worthwhile charities — Max’s Trust and Talking Football.

It was wonderful to see so many people coming together, enjoying great company, food, music and plenty of Oktoberfest spirit, all while supporting some fantastic causes.

Thank you, Richard, Sarah and Rueben, for such an enjoyable evening. It was a pleasure to be there and support you.

I hope you have raised a fantastic amount for your chosen charities — you certainly deserve it!

Prost!
