40 Years of Service!!

On Monday 8th September, Cllr Gillian Wroe, Mayor of Westhoughton was delighted to present a certificate and thank you gift to Stephen who has worked for Bolton Council for over 40 years and has looked after Central Park for the last 8 years keeping it clean and tidy.
