Library Exhibition

Mayor of Westhoughton, Cllr Wroe writes “I called into Westhoughton Library to have a look at the interesting and informative exhibition which has a short history of Hong Kong and why you see Hong Kongers around Westhoughton. 

It’s on until the 31st May (Library not open Wednesday or Sunday).

Most days you will see Po Ling Chan by the exhibition. She is happy to talk to you about why she and others from Hong Kong came to live in our town. They are keen to join the many wonderful groups in Westhoughton and indeed many have already done so.
